The second engine option available is the 2.4-liter Tigershark MultiAir. It can be paired with the 4×4 capable models to provide amazing performance. This engine is standard on the Sport and Latitude models. You will feel the power of the 180 horsepower and 175 pound-feet of torque.
2. Performance Features
The Renegade is packed full of some impressive performance features. In the Trailhawk model, you will find the Water Fording option which allows you to navigate in water. Whether it be in creek, stream, or flooded roads, you will be able to get through what others might not. Another feature is Hill Descent Control, which monitors your speed, throttle, and braking when you are on a steep slope so brakes can be applied automatically.
There are plenty more features available than what comes standard though. The Selec-Terrain Traction Management System is available as an added driving bonus. It comes equipped with five settings to improve your vehicles driving. You can choose from Auto, Snow, Mud, Rock, and Sand.
3. Perfect Combination of Exterior Features
You can find the perfect combination of off-road and street-ready features in this impressive SUV. There are several different wheel choices such as the 19-inch granite painted aluminum on the High Altitude and the 17-inch painted aluminum wheels on the Latitude.
